1.Description:
Marshall electric compactor is the special equipment of asphalt mixture Marshall test specimen molding, and is suitable for asphalt mixture Marshall test (JTJ052-2000) standard.
This instrument is made of mechanical transmission and control instruments , the mechanical conveying construction consists of motor, speed reducer, chain drive. Circuit control adopts integrated circuit so as to preset counter, and counter can choice in the range of 0-9999 arbitrarily, and have the function of memory. The instrument panel has preset number keys, digital display, stop buttons. Compaction meter can be according to the predetermined compaction times to be automatic compaction, and if it comes up to the compaction times, then it will automatically cut off power supply and close the motor. The mechanical transmission and control instruments are divided to two parts, in order to improve the reliability of the machine. To ensure that the work of compaction is safe and reliable, all transmission components and heavy hammer of the compactor are installed in the cabinet. And there is a security lever, when the specimen is into or take out, it can make the pressure head of the compaction not fall down.
