The concrete creep tester is used to measure the deformation of concrete cylinder or cuboid specimen under constant compressive load, which increases with time, that is, the compression and creep deformation of concrete. Features:
1. The full-automatic concrete creep tester is controlled by a hydraulic system at the same time with 3 or 6 or 9 creep test specimen loading racks, which can independently load each specimen loading rack;
2. The lead screw of the test bracket is quenched and tempered and treated with fire to achieve a better combined effect of strength and hardness;
3. The test loading frame adopts laminated combined disc springs as energy storage and shock absorption components, with high stability, uniform force, and never deformed.
4. The loading pressure is set through the touch screen, and the deformation of the specimen and the temperature and humidity values of the laboratory environment are collected in real time. The corresponding pressure parameters are set through the touch screen, and the touch screen uses the hydraulic system to load each creep meter loading frame. When the set pressure is reached, the pressure is constant. When the test piece is loaded for a long time due to deformation and insufficient pressure, the hydraulic system automatically adds Press to the set value and keep the pressure constant. The control system can independently load each test piece loading rack, and can load the test pressure on the test piece in three stages, and the constant pressure time of each stage can be set arbitrarily according to the test situation.
5. The test supports are equipped with bases. Compared with other manufacturers who only rely on the contact between the end faces of three screw shafts and the ground, the bearing capacity of the ground is increased, the force per unit area of the ground is reduced, and the placement of the test supports is more stable. Will not damage the floor of the test room.
6. The hydraulic pump station adopts a well-known domestic brand pump station, which can operate stably for a long time; with a hydraulic locking element, when the pressure reaches the set value, the oil circuit can be locked to prevent the oil circuit from draining the hydraulic oil under high pressure for a long time. This results in a rapid decrease in pressure and frequent pumping stations. At the same time, it can effectively ensure the stable pressure, good pressure storage, reduce the frequent start of the pump station, extend the service life, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction under the supporting use of the test bracket disc spring.

1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 100% T/T in advance after contract signed.
