1. Usage Scope
Concrete Creep Testing Machine is designed to determine of concrete cylinder and cuboid parts under constant pressure load over time, ie, the creep deformation of concrete. 3. Product features
(1) After the pressure of this test machine is increased to rated level and the adjustable nuts are fixed, the digital instrument will indicate current pressure. In case the long time compression deformation pressure is low (less than rated pressure), the hydraulic system shall be manually operated to increase the pressure to rated level and to fasten the adjusting nuts;
4. System configuration
Creeping Testing Machine consists of main unit, hydraulic system, force measurement unit and compression deformation system, etc;
(1) Main unit consists of the upper platen, screw rod, middle compression platen, lower compression platen, adjustable nut, compression platen leveling plate assembly, folded spring etc. A Movable ball base is mounted between upper and lower platens; During operation, when the bottom surface of the upper compression platen touch (in contact with) the top surface of specimen, it can automatically adapt to the slight tilt in height direction of test piece (specimen), enabling the two platens contact in large area for uniform stress; The upper compression platen will fall or rise automatically by rotating the adjusting nut according to the size of test piece so as to adapt to the test space. The top surface of upper and lower compression platen is carved with positioning frame for the convenience of placement of test piece at the center
(2) The hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, oil pipe and separate (split) hydraulic jacks. The hydraulic system can control several creep test machine, The creep deformation test machine of which the pressure has been increase to rated level can be moved to another machine by adjusting the fixing nubs;
(3) The force measurement unit
The force measuring unit mainly consists of the compression sensors, connecting cable and high-precision digital display instrument.
