Product Description

TBTRS-6 can determine the asphalt content of the asphalt mixture via ignition method rapidly, correctly, safely and reliably. This method is a valid alternative to the solvent extraction methods.

The internal data acquisition system and USA Ohaus brand electronic balance can let ignition oven automatically monitors sample weight throughout the ignition process and determines endpoint

The kit includes specimen basket, safety cover, extraction fork and metal exhaust ducting for fume exhaust.

Features

 

1. The oven adopts aerospace insulation materials. It has good warm-keeping performance and short preheating time. The heating rate is rapid and it can reach standard temperature 538ºC in the 30 minutes;

2. It has good heat insulation characteristic, when the inner of the oven arrives to the standard temperature, the temperature of outer oven will be low, so the operation is safe, can avoid the high temperature influence on the electronic scales measurement accuracy;

3. It adopts the second combustion function and high temperature filtration technology. The flue gas is white color which meet environmental requirement;

4. The function of the software is powerful. It can display temperature, sample weight, weight loss, correction coefficient, asphalt content and asphalt aggregate ratio;
